TO GET PREQUALIFIED, WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

FICA Documents Required

  • Color copies of applicant(s) Identity Documents(s);
  • Marriage Certificate & ANC Contract;
  • If divorced – copy of divorce order; and
  • Utility Bill reflecting the physical address of the applicant(s).

Salaried Applicants

  • Latest 3 months’ payslips (income to be verified against bank account);
  • If in receipt of allowances or variable pay, then 6 months’ latest payslips are required;
  • Detailed Income and Expenditure statement, signed by applicant(s);
  • Latest 3 months’ bank statements, of the primary bank account, where the nett salary & debit orders reflect. Must be non-internet, stamped bank statements;
  • If in receipt of variable income, then 6 months’ latest statements will be required;
  • Statement of Assets and Liabilities; and
  • If applicant is not a SA citizen, copy of residence and work permit.

Self Employed Applicants

  • Comparative financials covering a period of 2 years;
  • Letter from an accredited auditor confirming personal income / remuneration / drawings from the business;
  • 6 Months non-internet, stamped bank statements for business and personal accounts;
  • If financials are older than 6 months, then up-to-date, signed management accounts are required;
  • Cash flow forecast for ensuing 12 months;
  • Personal statement of Assets and Liabilities;
  • Personal and business bank statements;
  • IT34;
  • Company/CC/Trust – statutory documents; and
  • Color copies of directors/members/trustees Identity Document(s).
